INGREDIENTS:

• 100g?purified water
• 260g granulated sugar (for boiled sugar)
• 140g egg white
• 40g sugar
• A little food coloring
• Some cookies

How to Cook?

• Step 1

Pour water and?260g sugar into a small pot of boiled sugar, cook on low heat to 120℃(250℉).

• Step 2

At the same time, start to beat the egg whites, add 40g of sugar to the egg whites in 3 times, beat until smooth

• Step 3
