Ingredients
- 1 rack pork baby back ribs?
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt?
- 1? teaspoons black pepper?
- 1? teaspoons garlic powder
- 1? teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- ? cup barbecue sauce
How To Cook?
- Step 1
Peel?the membrane from the back of the ribs by sliding a dinner knife under the membrane and over the bone. Lift and loosen the membrane until it tears, then hold the edge of the membrane with a paper towel to pull it off.
Note:?The membrane may come off in one whole piece, or you may need to remove it in smaller pieces.

Preheat air fryer oven?temperature to 380°F.
Cut?the rack into?3?equal sections, then dry the ribs thoroughly with paper towels.
